Colliers Facilitates Amazon-Leased, Boston Industrial Trade for $154M
Colliers has facilitated a sale transaction for two state-of-the-art distribution centers on Bartlett Street in Northborough, MA, for $153.5 million. The properties are fully leased to Amazon.com, and according to Colliers provide the e-commerce giant with a “middle-mile” sorting center for their New England logistics network.
Colliers managing director Frank Petz guided the sale of the 600,000-square-foot facilities to Link Logistics/Blackstone. At $153.5 million, the sale established a record-low cap rate (high proceeds) for stabilized industrial product.
Matt Sherry, Jeanne Pinado, John Nasca and Brooke Howard with Colliers also participated in arranging the transaction.
