Colliers Facilitates 599K-SF Industrial Lease Renewal in Indianapolis

Colliers facilitated the renewal of a 599,152-square-foot industrial lease at 8677 Logo Court in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The transaction secures a long-term commitment at a premier logistics and distribution facility within one of the region’s most active industrial markets.

Colliers | Indianapolis’ Jason Speckman, SIOR, represented ownership, Link Logistics, one of North America’s largest owners and operators of last-mile industrial real estate, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Billy Powers and Jimmy Cohoat of Colliers | Indianapolis and Romy Zeid and Tucker Forbes of Colliers | San Francisco.

“Indianapolis remains a leading logistics hub, and this renewal reflects the continued demand for well-located, institutional-quality distribution facilities,” said Speckman. “The tenant’s renewed commitment highlights the property’s ability to support its operational needs.” Built in 1991, the property sits on approximately 25.94 acres and features a 28-foot clear height, a cross-docked configuration, and a 6,400-amp, three-phase electrical service.
