Villa Andora, a fully renovated, 37-unit multifamily apartment building in West Seattle has been sold for just under $14 million. Colliers handled both sides of the transaction, with Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Sam Wayne, and Matt Kemper representing the seller and Adam Groberman representing the buyer.

“In the face of a volatile interest rate market, this transaction is evidence of continued investor confidence in the Seattle market and its ability to overcome recent increases in the cost of financing,” said McKay in a news release.

Located at 1520 California, Villa Andora has been fully modernized with all units receiving upgrades to the kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, appliances and finishes. Residents of the community enjoy walkable amenities at the Admiral Junction shopping center, and also have excellent proximity to downtown Seattle via the West Seattle bridge, which is slated to re-open in the fall.
