Colliers facilitated the $11.17 million sale of 900 on Nine, a 112,705-square-foot office building on US Highway 9 North in Woodbridge, NJ. The Colliers team, led by Jacklene Chesler, Patrick Norris, Philippe Jomphe, and Matthew Cohen, represented the seller, TFE Properties. Using a hybrid approach with Ten-X, they secured 152 confidentiality agreements, 14 property tours, and 7 registered bidders. The buyer is a private investor from New York. 

At the time of sale, the 6-story building was roughly 54% occupied, and its corporate roster included NIP Group, Onyx Equities, and Toshiba. “Despite the headwinds with suburban office, well located, quality office assets continue to draw strong interest from both investors and users. 900 On Nine benefits from its proximity to major arterial roadways, Metropark and a strong talent pool,” said Chesler.
