Colliers Engineering and Design Selects 5K SF in Biddeford for Second ME Office

Colliers Engineering and Design, an affiliate of commercial real estate services firm Colliers, has leased 5,150 square feet at 234 Main Street in Biddeford, ME.

Mike Cobb, of Colliers represented the tenant, and Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokerage represented the landlord.

Colliers Engineering & Design provides multi-discipline engineering and architecture, design, and consulting services to public and private sector clients. The Biddeford location will be the company’s second in ME, along with Brunswick.
