Colliers’ Devine and Disse Close Sale of CEVA Complex in Des Plaines

Colliers Chicago’s Jeff Devine and Steve Disse represented James Campbell Company in the sale of CEVA O’Hare Distribution Complex, a two-building industrial facility located at 1333 and 1347 Mount Prospect Rd. in Des Plaines, IL.  The buyer was California based LBA Realty. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.

Formerly occupied by DB Schenker, CEVA O’Hare Distribution Complex is a two-building warehouse/terminal complex on the north side of O’Hare International Airport.  The buildings total 228,603 square feet and will serve as CEVA’s primary O’Hare distribution/sorting hub for the foreseeable future.

“The CEVA Complex is a high-quality asset in an extremely tight O’Hare market,” said Devine, an executive managing director and principal at Colliers Chicago. “This was a rare opportunity to purchase a multi-modal logistics facility located near the world’s most connected airport.”
