
Colliers’ Devine and Disse Close Kenosha Sale to Pritzker Realty
Colliers’ Jeff Devine and Steve Disse represented Panattoni Development Company in the sale of 10200 55th St., a 270,290-square-foot distribution facility in Kenosha, WI, to Pritzker Realty Group. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.
Built on spec, the newly constructed building sits on 13.66 acres and features 32’ clear ceiling height, 28 exterior docks, two drive-in doors and parking for 249 cars (expandable). It can accommodate single or multi-tenant users.
10200 55th is just 1.4 miles to a full interchange at I-94, 30 minutes to Milwaukee, 45 minutes to O’Hare International Airport and 60 minutes to Chicago’s CBD. Southeast Wisconsin has long been considered part of the Chicago metro area.
“Kenosha remains a top choice for companies that want access to the area’s robust transportation infrastructure and customer base,” said Devine. “This was a terrific opportunity for an investor to create value immediately upon lease-up in an extremely competitive submarket.”
