Colliers Detroit Awarded Leasing Assignment for 600 Renaissance Center

Colliers Detroit announced it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for 600 Renaissance Center, a premier 336,000-square-foot office opportunity located in the heart of downtown Detroit, Michigan.

Leasing efforts will be led by John Fricke, Randall Book, and Audrey Correa, who will oversee strategic marketing and tenant outreach for the property. The space is now available for lease, offering one of the city’s most recognizable riverfront landmarks.

Originally opened in the 1970s and later revitalized, the Renaissance Center is a 21-story building spanning 336,000 square feet. The property is situated on the Detroit Riverwalk and is just 22 miles away from the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. There is an on-site fitness center, a daycare center, and the property is home to the 70-story Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center hotel.
