Colliers Completes Sale of Healthcare Center in Twin Cities Metro
Colliers completed the sale of Eagan Medical Center, an outpatient facility located at 1185 Town Centre Drive in Eagan, Minnesota.
The sale was led by the Colliers team of Tom O’Brien, Louis Suarez, Jordan Selbiger and Misty Bowe, who represented the seller, Tareen Development Partners (TDP), a Twin Cities-based real estate development firm focused on multifamily, mixed-use and community-driven projects across the Midwest.
“TDP’s acquisition of the property in December 2024 marked the beginning of a value-add initiative,” said O’Brien. “By rebranding the former Town Centre Plaza as Eagan Medical Center, completing targeted improvements and driving leasing activity, TDP created a specialty healthcare destination that attracted strong investor interest.”
The 43,419-square-foot medical office property is anchored by MNGI Digestive Health, Minnesota Urology and Tareen Dermatology, along with a complementary mix of specialty healthcare providers. Conveniently located near Interstates 35E and 494, the facility offers ample surface and underground parking.
