Colliers Completes Sale of 33K-SF MOB in Minnesota

Colliers brokered the sale of the Blaine Medical Building, a 33,399-square-foot healthcare center located at 11091 Ulysses Street NE in Blaine, Minnesota.

The Colliers team of Louis Suarez, senior vice president, Tom O’Brien, vice chair, Misty Bowe, senior vice president, and Jordan Selbiger, executive vice president, represented the seller, MSP Commercial, a Twin Cities-based healthcare development and management company. The buyer was Hammes Partners, a leading institutional investment management firm focused on the U.S. healthcare real estate market.

Located within the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, Blaine is a rapidly growing market known for strong household incomes, access to transportation, and ongoing commercial and recreational development. Built in 2010, the facility sits on two acres of land and is home to two leading healthcare providers. At closing, Blaine Medical was 100% occupied.
