Colliers Completes Flurry of Industrial Deals Across the Inland Empire
A pair of Colliers International brokers were involved in a trio of lease transactions totaling more than 1.3 million square feet across the Inland Empire.
The first deal involved Radial, Inc., which signed a 475,555-square-foot lease at 2602 N. Locust Ave. in Rialto, CA (pictured). CBRE’s Jay Dick represented the tenant, while Colliers International’s Mark Zorn and Cory Whitman advised the landlord, Prologis.
The second transaction encompassed an 800,444-square-foot lease renewal by Burlington Distribution of California at 27582 Pioneer Ave. in Redlands, CA. Colliers’ Zorn represented the tenant. Lee & Associates Bill Heim advised the landlord, Prologis.
Colliers’ Zorn and Whitman also completed a 92,259-square-foot warehouse lease at 9281 Pittsburgh Ave. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA involving Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc.
“Never in my career have I seen the industrial market not just in the Inland Empire, but throughout the Greater L.A. basin, in such a frenzied state,” said Zorn.
