Colliers Completes $9M Transaction for Multifamily Lofts in Petersburg, VA

Colliers International in Virginia has completed the sale of High Street Lofts located at 420, 422, and 526 High Street in Petersburg, VA, for $9.4 million. According to Colliers, the sold price is a record high for Tri Cities.

Garrison Gore, Hank Hankins, Victoria Pickett and Charles Wentworth represented the seller, Robin & Miller Associates.

The 69-unit property — located in the historic district of Petersburg and minutes away from key transportation hubs such as I-95 and I-85 — is 100% occupied.

Originally constructed as the Seward Luggage Factory, High Street Lofts was repurposed in 2008, 2011 and 2013 and maintains many of its unique and original factory designs. The community also includes an amenity package with multiple fitness centers, seating areas, a game room and courtyard.
