Colliers’ Manchester, NH office has completed the $4.8-million sale of a retail center and the $2-million sale of an office building, both located in Salem, NH.

• The Nettles Shoppes, a 28,000-square-foot retail plaza consisting of three freestanding buildings at 379 South Broadway, was fully leased at the time of sale. Nettles Limited Partnership sold the property to a MA-based buyer represented by James Casey of Northeast Private Client Group.

• 103 Stiles Road is a 10,496-square-foot, two-story office building situated on 0.99 acres in a desirable professional office park close to the NH/MA border. TKD Properties, LLC, sold the asset to Herrick Development, LLC, which was procured by Carla Herrick of Century 21 Northeast.
