Colliers Completes 67K-SF Industrial Lease in Maryland

Colliers completed a 67,040-square-foot industrial lease at 4780 Winchester Boulevard in Frederick, Maryland. Executive Vice Presidents Thomas Gentner, Brian Siegel and Jason Sullivan represented the landlord in the transaction.

Link Logistics is an owner and operator of last-mile industrial real estate, with approximately 500 million square feet of warehouse space across 3,000 properties in North America. The new tenant, Senneca Holdings, Inc., is a manufacturer of data center containment solutions, specialty doors, and space separation systems.
