Colliers Completes 157K-SF Industrial Lease in Northeast Philadelphia
Colliers has arranged a long-term industrial lease extension of approximately 157,000 square feet at 9901 Blue Grass Road in Northeast Philadelphia. A Colliers team of Vice Chair Rich Gorodesky, SIOR and Vice President Adam Gorodesky, CCIM represented both the landlord, Brickman, and the tenant, KRG Enterprises, Inc.
KRG Enterprises designs, engineers and fabricates custom millwork. The property, located at 9901 Blue Grass Road, consists of a dual-tenant manufacturing and distribution facility strategically positioned within one of the region’s most active logistics corridors.
