Colliers has facilitated the $10.2-million sale of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Hardeeville.

David Lockwood, Prashant Merchant, Nic Wade and Ben Browndorf of professional services and investment management company Colliers handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.

The property is a three-story, selective-service hotel comprised of 77 guest rooms. It sits at at 145 Independence Boulevard on 1.70 acres in the Hardeeville market with frontage on Interstate-95 and Independence Boulevard.

The asset caters to clientele from the Hilton Head and Savannah markets and enjoys especially strong demand in the summer months from beachgoers and golfers. With a robust set of amenities and recent renovations, the hotel is well-positioned in the market alongside its competitors.
