Colliers Commences Retail Leasing at 40-Story Seattle Tower

The Emerald, a 40-story, luxury condominium tower currently under construction at 121 Stewart St. in Seattle’s downtown, is set to debut the summer of 2020. The residential development at Stewart Street and 2nd Avenue will include 265 condominiums. It also includes 4,637 square feet of prime retail space at the base of the luxury tower.

Colliers’ Xinxin Li and Ryan Marn have been tapped to handle the retail assignment for the property’s developer, Daniels Create World Seattle. That includes an identity location with a prominent visual storefront near Pike Place Market, Westlake Center and the Seattle waterfront.

The two retail spaces include one measuring 3,907 square feet on two levels at Stewart Street and 2nd Avenue, and a second, 730-square-foot unit facing Stewart Street. The larger space is ideal for uses such as a full-service restaurant, bar or lounge, art/furniture gallery, or bank/financial institution. The smaller suite can accommodate a café, juice/smoothie bar, ice cream parlor, fast-casual restaurant, hair/beauty salon, yoga studio, or boutique.

Connect Seattle is set for November 7th at Coterie Worklounge. Plan to join us for the afternoon of CRE conversations and networking. You can find out more information and register on this link.
