Colliers | South Carolina has welcomed Matthew Pollard as senior brokerage associate in its Columbia office.

Pollard will focus on office and medical tenant representation and property acquisition. He will guide clients through the process of assessing their space needs and then executing leases or the acquisition of properties which will maximize employee productivity and client and patient convenience in the ever-changing office and healthcare markets in Columbia.

Prior to joining Colliers, Pollard had a successful career in banking for over 10 years with the largest family-controlled bank in the US, primarily in the commercial banking space. He was responsible for building and managing a portfolio with customers and prospects with over $10 million in revenue.

Pollard currently serves as president of the board of firectors for Ronald McDonald House Charities, as a site leader for Homeworks of America, as the Legacy Society vice chair for United Way of the Midlands.
