Colliers Closes Sale of 748K-SF Industrial Facility Near KC Airport

Colliers has completed the sale of a 748,833-square-foot, modern bulk industrial facility located at 4400 State Route 92 in Platte City, Missouri, within the Kansas City MSA.

Colliers Industrial Capital Markets advisors Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, and Tyler Ziebel, in partnership with John Stafford of Colliers Kansas City, represented the seller, VanTrust Real Estate, in the transaction.

Constructed in 2024, the modern distribution building is fully leased to Central Power Systems & Services under a long-term lease. The mission-critical facility features 36-foot clear heights, 463 existing auto parking stalls, 74 dock doors, and 7 drive-in doors.

Strategically located less than two miles from Interstate 29, the property provides direct access to Kansas City’s primary north–south logistics corridor, supporting efficient regional and national distribution. The asset is also situated just minutes from Kansas City International Airport, further enhancing its multimodal connectivity.

Don’t miss Carter Andrus, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, as the keynote interview at Connect Industrial Midwest— taking place Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL.
