Colliers Closes Full-Building Lease to Beverage Distributor in Indiana

Colliers announced the lease of Velocity 74 Trade Center, located at 9201 North Frontage Road in Fairland, Indiana.

Colliers | Indianapolis industrial advisory executive vice presidents Jimmy Cohoat and Jason Speckman represented the landlord, Browning Investments, an Indianapolis-based real estate development, construction, and management firm, in the transaction.

“Velocity 74 Trade Center offers the scale, efficiency, and flexibility that today’s industrial occupiers are seeking,” said Cohoat. “This lease underscores the value of well-located, high-quality industrial assets that can support evolving supply chain and distribution requirements.” The 915,720-square-foot cross-docked distribution facility is situated on approximately 54.6 acres of land and features a 40-foot clear height and expandable parking capacity.

Developed by Browning Investments, Velocity 74 Trade Center was designed to meet the growing demand for modern distribution and logistics space. North Carolina-based Prime Beverage Group, a beverage contract manufacturer, leased the facility. The tenant was represented by Warren Snowdon of Foundry Commercial and Brian Zurawski of Colliers | Indianapolis.
