Colliers Chicago Makes Three VP-Level Promotions

Jim Carris, managing principal and Chicago market leader, announced three recent VP-level promotions. Executives promoted include:

• Former SVP Suzanne Serino was promoted to EVP. With more than 22 years’ experience, she specializes in the delivery of comprehensive industrial real estate transaction and advisory services.

• Former VP Ned Frank was promoted to SVP with the firm’s Industrial Advisory group. In 2020, he represented Logistics Property Company, owners of 94 Logistics Park in Kenosha, WI, in the largest spec transaction ever completed in the state of Wisconsin.

• VP Patrick Turner was also promoted to SVP with the Industrial Advisory group. Since Turner joined Colliers, he has represented many well-known companies including Bridge Development Partners, ProLogis, Link, CenterPoint and Brookfield Properties.

“We are extremely proud of our professionals,” said Carris. “A worldwide pandemic has not slowed them down – their business continued, and deals got done.”
