Colliers Brokers Two San Diego Land Parcels for Multifamily Development

Colliers has announced the sale of a pair of sites totaling 10-acres in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego. The parcels will serve as the future home of Epoca’s G and I neighborhoods, consisting of 249 townhomes and motorcourt homes.

The Colliers team of Ciara Trujillo, David Santistevan and Erin McKinley represented San Diego-based developer ColRich in the transaction. Lennar was the buyer. Epoca’s next phase is positioned at the forefront of a region experiencing exponential growth and an influx of private and public investment.

The Epoca neighborhoods will offer a walkable village-living concept to provide community connection through plazas and walking trails, adjoining the homes to public parks, recreation facilities and schools.
