Colliers Brokers Sale of North Aurora Logistics Center

Colliers’ Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, and Tyler Ziebel recently represented TradeLane in its sale of Park 88 Logistics Center at 400 and 410 Smoke Tree Plaza in North Aurora, Illinois, to Ares Industrial Management, an owner and operator of logistics facilities.

Completed in 2024, Park 88 Logistics Center is a fully leased, Class A development comprised of two buildings totaling 429,623 square feet. It’s home to three quality tenants with a weighted lease term of 6.3 years. Strategically located, the property is just minutes from the full four-way interchange at I-88 and Route 31, providing access to Midwest markets and beyond.

“The opportunity offered Ares the chance to acquire two Class A industrial facilities with stable cash flow and quality tenancy in a submarket that will continue to benefit from the rising cost of occupancy across core Chicago markets,” said Ziebel.
