Colliers has completed the exclusive sale of 8540 Ashwood Drive, a 44,000-square-foot industrial warehouse with 1.3 acres of secured industrial outdoor storage in Capitol Heights, Maryland.

The property was sold to The Silverman Group. The Colliers team, led by Chandler Pace, Vice President, and Dan Gaffey, Vice President, represented the seller, Matan Companies.

Strategically positioned just inside the Capital Beltway, the asset is fully leased to Foundation Building Materials, a national credit tenant. “The sale of 8540 Ashwood represents the flight of aggressive capital toward scarce hyper-infill industrial properties,” said Chandler Pace, Vice President of Colliers Capital Markets.
