Colliers Brokers Sale of Liberty Rock Shopping Center in Milford

Colliers has facilitated sale of the leasehold interest of Liberty Rock Shopping Center, located at 589 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford, CT.

John Cafasso and Ian Hunt of Colliers Hartford represented both the seller and purchaser. Colliers Property Management also acted as receiver on behalf of the lender, M&T Bank.

The purchaser is a private developer and investor based in Fairfield County.

The 175,000-square-foot shopping center is anchored by Ocean State Job Lot and Dollar Tree. The site also includes a freestanding Walgreens and Taco Bell. Located directly off Interstate 95 at Route 1, the property benefits from excellent demographics and visibility.
