Colliers Brokers Sale of Capitol Heights Industrial Property

Colliers recently brokered the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial property at 101 Ritchie Road in Capitol Heights, Maryland.

A Colliers team led by Jason Sullivan, SIOR, Senior Vice President, along with Brian Siegel, SIOR, Executive Vice President, Thomas Gentner, Executive Vice President, Brian Watts, Executive Vice President, and Melissa Parrish, Associate Vice President, represented Approved Equipment in the transaction.

The property marks an expansion for the new owner, local Baltimore and DC suspended scaffold specialists, Approved Equipment. Having recently undergone significant repairs and renovations, the property provides a prime location for Approved Equipment to serve customers in the Baltimore and DC area.

Located in Capitol Heights, the surrounding area is a prime corridor for a variety of industrial users close to Washington, D.C. The building is 33,808 square feet and spans over two acres.
