Colliers Brokers Sale of 409-Unit MF Property in Virginia

Colliers has completed the sale of Misty Ridge, a 409-unit garden-style apartment community located in Woodbridge, Virginia.

Will Mathews, Thomas Leachman, and Chandler Pace represented the seller, Capital Square, a diversified real estate management, operation, and development firm. “Misty Ridge stands as a prime example of strategic investment in one of Northern Virginia’s fastest-growing submarkets,” said Mathews. Berkadia secured the acquisition loan on behalf of Bridge Investment Group.

Positioned close to I-95 and minutes from premium retail, including Wegmans and the Apple Store, Misty Ridge presents a clear path to revenue growth through a proven value-add strategy. Located at 1989 Delaware Drive in Woodbridge, one of Northern Virginia’s fastest-growing submarkets, Misty Ridge offers excellent connectivity and convenience.

The property is situated just minutes from I-95 and the Rippon VRE Station, offering direct access to Alexandria, Arlington, and Washington, D.C. Misty Ridge is in close proximity to major employers, including Fort Belvoir and Marine Corps Base Quantico, as well as retail destinations such as Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center.
