Colliers Brokers Sale of 24K-SF Development Site Near FIU

Colliers International has brokered the $5.2 million sale of a 24,451-square-foot development site near FIU’s main campus in Miami.

Located at 10703-10712 SW 7th Ter, the property is one of the last developable sites on 7th Street. The buyer, New York-based real estate investment firm Adam America Real Estate, needed the corner to maximize the potential of the development site they own next door. With a larger site, they will be able to lower their construction costs, according to Colliers.

Virgilio Fernandez, Gerard Yetming, Mitash Kripalani and Julian Zuniga of Colliers represented the seller, Kendra Parker, whose family owned the property for many years, in the transaction.

Connect South Florida is coming to Key Biscayne on Feb. 26, 2020. For more information, or to register, click here.
