A warehouse in Chicago's Kinzie Corridor has sold to the Hindman fine art auction house in a deal arranged by Colliers

Colliers Brokers Kinzie Corridor Sale to Hindman Auction House

Colliers’ Mike Senner, Alex Kritt and Tom Volini represented a private investor in the sale of a 61,000-square-foot, two-story warehouse at 222 N. Maplewood Ave. in Chicago to Hindman, the internationally recognized fine art auction house.

The concrete and brick building is located in the Kinzie Corridor on Chicago’s Near West Side and can accommodate high-end manufacturing. It has an air-conditioned production area, showroom and office space. It’s zoned PMD 4 due to its location in a Planned Manufacturing District.

JLL’s Molly Carroll represented Hindman.
