Colliers Brokers Industrial Portfolio Sale to Cabot

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

Colliers International | Chicago’s Jeff Devine and Steve Disse represented DCT Industrial in its sale of a three-building, 486,062-square-foot industrial portfolio in the Chicagoland area to Cabot Properties. The sales price was not disclosed. Cabot was seeking quality assets for its commingled fund.

Included in the portfolio were a 212,728-square-foot facility at 1030 E. Fabyan Pkwy. in Batavia, IL (pictured), a 204,586-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility at 12301 S. Laramie Ave. in Alsip, IL, and a 68,728-square-foot warehouse/light industrial facility at 3575 Stern Ave. in St. Charles, IL. They’re 100% leased.

Located in Chicagoland’s Fox Valley and South Suburban industrial submarkets, the facilities were built between 1972 and 1984. They’ve been updated with additional truck docking, trailer parking and new T-5 warehouse lighting.
