Colliers Brokers Close Eight MF Deals in San Francisco for Nearly $50M

Colliers International’s San Francisco multifamily brokers closed eight transactions totaling more than $48 million in Q2. The properties are situated in the neighborhoods of Russian Hill, Alamo Square, Nob Hill, Lone Mountain, Cow Hollow and Noe Valley.

The assets included:
– 1900-1906 Hyde St. in Russian Hill sold for $3,550,000 and is comprised of seven units.
– 1509 Golden Gate Ave. in Alamo Square sold for $6,320,000 and is comprised of 15 units.
– 1244-50 California St. in Nob Hill sold for $8,025,000 and is comprised of 12 units.
– 828 Anza St. in Lone Mountain sold for $5,900,000 and is comprised of 12 units.
– 1690 Greenwich St. in Cow Hollow sold for $7,400,000 and is comprised of 15 units (pictured).
– 510 Stockton St, in Lower Nob Hill sold for $7,300,000 and is comprised of 17 units.
– 99 Jersey St. in Noe Valley sold for $6,965,000 and is comprised of 15 units.
– 48-50 Pond St, sold for $3,133,888 and is comprised of three flat-like apartments
