Colliers Brokers $18M Sale of Apartment Community in Millbury

Colliers International has arranged the $17.5 million sale of Cordis Mills, a 112-unit apartment complex in Millbury. Located at 65 Canal St., the apartment building was built from the foundation of a 19th century mill. The complex has been fully restored and is currently fully occupied.

Christopher Sower, Bruce Lusa, Jonathan Bryant and John Flaherty of Colliers represented the seller, R.H. White, in the transaction. The buyer was Charger Ventures LLC, a Washington, DC-based and Mid-Atlantic/Northeast-focused multifamily investment management platform.

“We enjoyed working with both R.H. White and Charger Ventures in this transaction,” said Sower. “It proves that the Boston suburbs, even the suburbs as far-reaching as the greater Worcester market, are very much thriving in today’s multifamily economy.”
