Colliers Brokers $16M Sale of Industrial Facility in Franklin
Colliers has brokered the $16.4 million sale of a 120,000-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing facility located at 16 Forge Park in Franklin, MASS.
Stephen Woelfel, Kevin Brawley, PJ Foster, John Real and Glenne Bachman of Colliers completed a site selection and acquisition advisory assignment on behalf of the buyer, medical device contract manufacturer, Tegra Medical. The seller was Condyne/Westport Corp.
