Colliers Brokers $10.5M Sale of Linda Vista Shopping Center
CEG Capital Partners has acquired Mesa College Square, a 25,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in the Linda Vista neighborhood of San Diego, CA. Colliers’ Marc Posthumus and Evan McDonald represented the buyer in the $10.5 million transaction.
Colliers also represented the seller, M.C. Square, LLC and AFJR Partnership, LP, along with Byram Frost from Big Block Realty.
“We are excited to have the opportunity to breathe new energy into this well-located and high-quality property and contribute to the neighborhood for years to come,” said CEG Capital Partners Managing Partner, Pat Geary.
Situated on the busy corner of Mesa College Drive and Linda Vista Road, Mesa College Square has sold for the first time since it was constructed in 1980. CEG plans to rebrand the center as Kearny Square. The most notable tenant is K Sandwiches, a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant that has been a local favorite for nearly twenty years.
