Colliers Bolsters NYC Capital Markets, Leasing Team

Andrew Jacobs has joined Colliers International’s New York City office as managing director within the capital markets team, while Jared Rutledge has been hired as a director focused on office leasing and tenant representation.

Jacobs spent eight years on the investment sales team at NKF and its predecessor RKF. With a focus on middle markets, he has completed more than $600 million of transactions.

“We are excited to have Andrew Jacobs, with his nearly 10 years of investment brokerage experience, joining to expand the Colliers investment team,” said vice chairman Scott Latham. “His expertise in retail, multi-family and industrial transactions throughout New York City in this fast-changing market will position Colliers to better serve our clients.”

Before Colliers, Rutledge was an associate director at Lee & Associates NYC. He represented a notable home furnishing company in the disposition of its 31,000-square-foot headquarters, and was leasing agent for 30 E. 60th St.
