Colliers Bolsters Industrial and Multifamily Teams

Colliers International | Chicago continues to grow with the addition of three associate brokers in the Chicago area. Alex Kritt and Benjamin Oxley have joined the Rosemont-based industrial advisory group, while Robert Flaherty joins the downtown Chicago-based multifamily investment team.

Kritt (pictured) will work with Mike Senner and Vern Shultz to provide strategic real estate analysis for corporations and landlords. Oxley will work closely with Matthew Stauber, Tom Rodeno and Pat Turner to provide real estate analysis for industrial corporations and landlords.

A former intern at Indianapolis-based Axis Apartments and Flaherty & Collins Properties, Flaherty brings experience in property management and multifamily development to Colliers.

“2019 has been a terrific year as we continue to grow our Chicago operations,” said Jim Carris, market leader for Colliers | Chicago. “Alex, Ben and Robert will no doubt enhance our brokerage services so we are better positioned to serve our valued clients.”
