Colliers Arranges Space for 3PL Provider

Colliers International I Chicago represented King Solutions, Inc. in its lease for a 160,669-square-foot warehouse located at 500 Regency Dr. in Glendale Heights, IL. This will be the first location in the Chicago area for the Dayton, MN-based 3PL provider of freight transportation management, retail project logistics, order fulfillment and warehousing services, which sought to establish a presence closer to several of its core clients.

“The warehouse is located in DuPage County, which not only provides the proximity to Chicago that our client sought, but also allowed us to secure very favorable economic terms,” said Colliers’ Michael Morgan. At 4.28%, central DuPage’s first-quarter vacancy rate was among the lowest of the Chicago region’s industrial submarkets, according to Colliers data.

Morgan, with his colleagues Jim Herbst and Brian Netzky, represented King Solutions. The owner, Gateway, was advised by Lee & Associates’ Jeff Janda.
