Colliers Arranges Sale of Three Hotel Properties in Southeast

The Atlanta arm of Colliers International’s National Hospitality Team has arranged the sale of three hotel properties in the Southeast. Helen Zaver, Vik Zaver, Dylan Patel and Reese Abee of Colliers represented the sellers in all three transactions.

The properties sold include Chateau Mar Beach Resort, a 51-room boutique hotel built in 1968 in Ormond Beach, FL; a 149-room Holiday Inn Express in Kennesaw, GA and the four-story, 167-room Home2 Suites-Tru by Hilton in Smryna, TN.

“COVID-19 restrictions on travel and large gatherings such as conferences and events have taken a tremendous toll on the industry. We are glad to have finished a very difficult year closing these three hotels in late 2020,” said Helen Zaver, a senior vice president with Colliers International’s National Hospitality Group. “These deals underscore hospitality’s resiliency and likely transactions to come in 2021.”
