Colliers Arranges Sale of North San Diego Business Park

Birtcher, Anderson & Davis Associates has purchased La Costa Meadows Business Center, an eight-building multi-tenant industrial business park in the North County, San Diego city of San Marcos, CA. Colliers represented the buyer and the institutional investor seller in the transaction for an undisclosed price.

Totaling 159,000 square feet, the property’s eight industrial/flex/office buildings were constructed in two phases in 1979 and 1991. With varied bay sizes that accommodate a wide range of configurations, tenants have the opportunity for growth and expansion.

“San Diego has not seen any new multi-tenant industrial business parks built in the last 15 years, priming this product type to be in high demand by both institutional and private investors,” said Colliers’ Louay Alsadek who brokered the deal along with the firm’s Maddie Mawby and Eric Parra. Colliers’ Nicole Sayers and Jeremy Thornton also provided debt advisory services on behalf of the buyer.
