Colliers Arranges Sale of 151K-SF Industrial Facility in Taunton

Colliers International has brokered the sale of 50 John Hancock Road, a 151,306-square-foot industrial facility in Taunton. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located within the Myles Standish Industrial Park, the industrial facility offers a combination of infrastructure to accommodate users with substantial electric, gas, and water requirements. As with its utility infrastructure, the building is also equipped with expansive column spacing and clear heights, spanning as wide as 65 feet and as high as 28 feet in several areas.

Ovar Osvold, Cathy Minnerly, Sean Hannigan and Glenne Bachman of Colliers represented the seller, Eagle Drive LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was VMD Cos.
