The Saddle Brook location will be the second for ReadySpaces

Colliers Arranges Saddle Brook Lease for ReadySpaces

Colliers secured a 165,000-square foot lease for ReadySpaces, a leader in the shared warehousing industry, at 575 N. Midland Ave. in Saddle Brook, NJ. EVP Mike Davis and executive managing director Noah Balanoff represented the tenant, securing the long-term lease.

The new location marks the company’s second in Bergen County. ReadySpaces, a Colliers national exclusive client, was founded in 2010 and has grown to more than 25 locations across the U.S. and Canada.

“We are seeing continued unprecedented demand for industrial product in New Jersey,” said Davis. “We were pleased to find ReadySpaces the perfect location to expand their existing business and customer base, and to provide small businesses access to the office and warehouse space they need amid the current constrained supply available in the market.”

Balanoff added, “This new Bergen County location will complement other soon-to-be announced ReadySpaces facilities in New Jersey.”
