Colliers Arranges La Mirada Lease Renewal for Landlord Brookfield

Colliers arranged a five-year lease renewal valued at approximately $21 million on a 248,105-square-foot industrial property located at 14555 Alondra Blvd. in La Mirada. Senior EVP Chuck Wilson represented the landlord, Brookfield Properties. The tenant, MEI RIGGING & CRATE LLC, was represented by David Cartwright at Armour Realty.

“This lease renewal highlights the durability of well-located industrial assets in the Gateway Cities,” said Wilson. “Securing a five-year commitment reinforces La Mirada’s role as a core infill logistics market and reflects continued tenant demand for scale, efficiency, and proximity to regional distribution corridors.”

14555 Alondra is an industrial property located in the North Orange County and Los Angeles Mid-Counties markets. Initially built in 1969 and renovated in 2016, the 12.09-acre site offers immediate access to the 5 and 91 freeways, making it a strategic hub for logistics and operations, according to Colliers.
