Colliers Arranges Duck Creek Office Lease at One O’Hare
Colliers International | Chicago’s Francis Prock and Jonathon Connor represented MDC Realty Advisors and Nicola Crosby Real Estate, owners of One O’Hare Centre in Rosemont, IL, in an 18,375-square-foot lease to Duck Creek Technologies. Duck Creek will partially occupy the fifth floor of the 12-story, 380,360-square-foot Class A office building.
“Tenants continue to be drawn to One O’Hare Centre’s premier location in the heart of the O’Hare submarket and the building’s best-in-class amenity package,” said Connor. “With the addition of Duck Creek Technologies, the building will be more than 93% occupied.”
One O’Hare offers convenient access to I-90, I-294 and I-190; connected, covered parking; a complimentary shuttle to CTA, Metra and O’Hare International Airport; and proximity to over 65 restaurants, hotels, banks and entertainment spots. The current owners were drawn to these factors when they acquired it for $83 million in 2015.
