Colliers Arranges Deal for Government-Leased Corpus Christi Asset
A Colliers International capital markets team of Geoff Ficke and Zack Ficke facilitated the sale of the State of Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) office, a 51,307-square-foot building located on 4.27 acres at 4102 Greenwood Dr. in Corpus Christi. The single-tenant building on behalf of Government Investment Partners for an undisclosed amount.
The mission-critical government-leased facility, which was built in 1995 and renovated in 2010, is currently 100% occupied by the DFPS.
“This building is in a prime location for serving the southern portion of Texas,” said Geoff Ficke, EVP at Colliers. “The property sold at 97% of the list price with 4.5 years of lease term remaining. The lease features annual rental increases and is full service in nature, making it quite appealing to buyers.”
