Colliers Arranges Baltimore 40K-SF Warehouse Lease  

Colliers has arranged a 10-year lease for Taiyo Seafood at 3101 Washington Boulevard, Baltimore, MD, on behalf of the landlord, Clemenceau Logistics Assets, LLC c/o Mapletree US Management, LLP.  

The property, featuring 23-foot clear ceiling heights and other amenities, became vacant in 2020. Colliers began leasing efforts in November 2023, securing Taiyo Seafood with a 40,328 square-foot lease starting October 1, 2024.  

A Colliers team led by Thomas Gentner, Brian Watts and Brian Siegel as well as Jason Sullivan, negotiated the deal.
