Colliers Arranges Arlington Heights Warehouse Sale
Colliers International Chicago’s Kelly Joyce and Suzanne Serino represented a private investor in the sale of 2605 Clearbrook Dr., a 46,920-square-foot warehouse in Arlington Heights, IL. The asking price was $2.45 million.
“With recent updates to the building and tenants already in place, 2605 Clearbrook provided the flexibility and stability sought in the marketplace,” said Joyce, a Colliers VP. “The 6B tax classification in place until 2023 was another key differentiator.”
2605 Clearbrook Drive is situated on 1.15 acres, minutes from the Arlington Heights Road and I-90 four-way interchange.
The buyer of the facility, Misa Imports, is a wine distributor. The company operates two separate buildings in Elk Grove Village, but will consolidate both facilities and expand at 2605 Clearbrook.
