Colliers Arranges $6M Sale of Jacksonville MXU Property

Colliers International Northeast Florida has arranged the $6.1-million sale of a 67,000-square-foot mixed-use property in Jacksonville’s Regency submarket.

Gary Montour of Colliers represented the seller, Impact Church of Jacksonville, in the transaction, as well as the buyer, Regency Charter Property.

Located at 8985 Lone Star R., the property is currently occupied by Impact Church and Impact Christian Academy. The sale represents part of a larger $16.5-million investment by Regency Charter Property, LLC in the Regency submarket area. The building will be renovated to provide additional educational space, including a gym and outdoor play space, to ultimately house the kindergarten through eighth grade expansion of the Global Outreach Charter Academy.
