Colliers Arranges $37M Minneapolis Multifamily Transaction

Colliers completed the sale of The Copham, one of Minneapolis’s multifamily properties in the city’s North Loop neighborhood, for $37.6 million.

The sale was led by the Colliers team of Executive Vice Presidents Mox Gunderson, Dan Linnell, and Adam Haydon, as well as Associate Vice President Devon Dvorak and Associate Drew Jackson, who represented the seller, Greco, a real estate development firm based in Minneapolis. “This represented a rare opportunity to acquire a marquee asset in Minnesota’s premier micro market—one that is consistently ranked among the top-performing markets in the country,” said Gunderson.

The team also represented the buyer, Great States Development, a North Dakota-based real estate developer specializing in multifamily and commercial assets. The Copham, located at 607 North Washington Avenue, features 66 one-bedroom and 54 two-bedroom residences.

This is the second property Great States Development has acquired from Greco, following its earlier 2025 purchase of Elsewarehouse, the sister community of The Copham, with Colliers advising on both transactions. The property was 96% leased at closing.

Join us on Tuesday afternoon, June 2, 2026, at the Connect Midwest Multifamily Trends Conference as JDL Founder, Jim Leitchinger, is honored with the Changing Skyline Award, followed by an exclusive Keynote Interview. This is a rare opportunity to hear firsthand insights from one of the region’s most influential visionaries in multifamily development.
