Colliers has negotiated a 20,000-square-foot lease for Bohler Engineering’s new regional headquarters at 50 Washington Street, Westborough, MA. The Colliers team, led by Steve Woelfel and Kevin Brawley, represented Bohler Engineering, while JLL’s Bob McGuire and Alison Powers represented the landlord, Carruth Capital. 

The Class A building, totaling 92,600 square feet., features a fitness center, cafeteria, parking lot, and signage opportunities. “The property lends itself to a flexible and open workflow for its tenants, and offers quality amenities that are truly unmatched in the area,” said Woelfel. The building also houses UMass Medical School and AAFCPA.
