Colliers Arranges $18M Sale of Metro Boston Industrial Portfolio

Colliers International has arranged the $18.2 million sale of a three-property industrial portfolio in Randolph, MASS.

Located at 109-120, 116-120 and 128-140 York Ave., the portfolio consists of a total of 170,827 square feet and is currently occupied by a tenant roster that includes Redline Freight Systems, LKQ Corporation, and Vertex Construction Specialties. The buildings offer 18 to 21-foot clear heights, 25 loading docks, and four drive-in doors.

Caleb Hudak of Colliers represented the seller, Giglio Properties, in the off-market transaction. The buyer was a joint venture partnership between Seyon Group and Wheelock Street Capital.
